It’s been a strange year, and as the nation enters the festive period, it’s clear everybody needs a little bit of joy and escapism more than ever. So, this Christmas, McDonald’s want to get the nation #ReindeerReady once again – this time by reminding them how important the small but meaningful rituals at Christmas are in helping us embrace our inner child.

The film features a soundtrack by British pop star and ‘The Voice’ winner, Becky Hill. The single ‘Forever Young’ was released alongside the commercial with proceeds donated to FareShare. This was supported by a series of activations and extensions that aimed to help the nation awaken their inner child this Christmas, documented in this case study.
