When live music shut down, McDonald's stepped up.

While the coronavirus pandemic caused unprecedented disruption to the daily lives of everybody in Britain, including the cancellation of all major music events. McDonald’s wanted to deliver a little lift to the nation at a time when they needed it more than ever, by bringing together the best of the British music scene for an online music festival, free for everybody through the My McDonald’s app.

CASE STUDY

To raise awareness of our event, we enlisted Global radio DJ, Roman Kemp, to MC an epic 30 second launch spot featuring the full festival lineup. Alongside this, we advertised in the same way any concert would, with outdoor posters, social media and merch detailing all the featured artists.
